Welcome to my Fermenting Australia Saurkraut eBook. I am so excited to bring you some delicious and EASY fermented saurkraut recipes. Some of these recipes are derived from traditional recipes, some are created by me (a couple of them even came to me in a dream!)
All recipes are gluten-free, and the majority are dairy- free. All recipes are easy and accessible and can be made in your own home without any specialised equipment.
Fermented foods can fit into an enhance any lifestyle diet- including Vegetarian, Vegan, Raw, Paleo, Keto, Ancestral, Traditional foods or even a Standard American/Australian diet.
